At HAVIT, you get all 3 through fun outside fitness in non military bootcamps, our new nutritional package – Nutriv8: Coaching for weight loss and knowledgeable, sociable fitness trainers.

We pride ourselves on teaching our bootcampers safe exercise in small groups (maximum 14 people) so we throw a FREE technique session in each week. At no cost to you, we will teach you safe punching, safe kettlebell usage, body awareness and good posture whilst exercising.
