The Shoreham bootcamp has been replaced with a similar service called HAVIT in Groups. Still outside, still fun but now train with your friends. Click here to find out more about this fantastic new service.
How do I attend the Shoreham Bootcamp?
You can sign up for free session through going to the bootcamp contact page. Please remember to download the health questionnaire (par-q, not so much of a mouthful) fill it out and bring it with you. Next step is to book into a bootcamp via the on-line booking system. So come along, meet your fellow bootcampers and see what we do at bootcamp.
If it’s your first time, don’t be nervous. All our personal trainers are not military trained so we won’t shout. But they will encourage you to work to your maximum to get the results you want. If you come with the attitude that you want to improve and achieve great results then the group dynamic will really motivate you do so.
Who is the HAVIT Bootcamp suitable for?
HAVIT Bootcamp fitness sessions are for everyone no matter what your age or level of health or fitness*, and your group personal trainer will be able to offer you different options for each exercise, so that you can work at a level that’s comfortable but challenging for you.
All levels and abilities are welcome but participants are advised to have been taking some form of physical activity before attending. If uncertain of your level of fitness please call 0772 9899625 to discuss your options with a qualified trainer.
